Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect identified upon receipt
  • Order canceled before shipment

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
  • Products purchased under special promotional offers
  • Consumable or sterile medical products once opened

Refund Request Process

Customers must notify Medezenec within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

Refund Approval

Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, Medezenec may bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses.
